Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Job Description

The Deburring Technician blends mismatches, removes burrs, and breaks edges on precision parts to meet strict customer specifications. This role uses a variety of deburring tools and follows defined standards to ensure high-quality finishes in a manufacturing environment.

Essential Skills

• Experience using deburring tools such as deburr guns and pencil grinders in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in deburring, grinding, and using hand tools to finish parts.
• Ability to understand and meet customer requirements, including standards such as BAC 5300 and BAC 5730, with minimal supervision.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Prior experience working in a manufacturing or aerospace-related environment.
• Familiarity with finishing processes on components such as engine pylons, struts, wing boxes, wings, wheel wells, and interior structures.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a production team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving customer specifications and internal procedures.

Work Environment

The role is based in a large manufacturing facility that produces components such as engine pylons, struts, wing boxes, wings, wheel wells, and interior structures. The environment involves working around production equipment, hand tools, and powered deburring tools such as deburr guns and pencil grinders. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Arlington, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 – $25.00/hr.
