Job summary

Clow Stamping Company in Merrifield, Virginia is seeking a Deburring Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role you'll deburr, finish, and dry metal parts using tumblers, dryers, and finishing equipment, ensuring parts meet specs and are accurately recorded in production logs.

The successful candidate will have 6–12 months of manufacturing experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work the 3:00pm–1:00am shift with a $1.25/hour differential.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic math skills for weights and counts.
• Familiarity with calipers or micrometers.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate tumblers and dryers to deburr, finish, and dry parts as specified.
• Load and unload parts while adjusting machine settings for consistency.
• Inspect parts before and after processing to verify quality.
• Move parts through finishing and prepare them for the next operation.
• Use computer systems to record production, manage inventory, and track activity.
• Maintain organization of bins, boxes, and materials for each job.
