Job summary

Clow Stamping Company is seeking a Deburring Operator to join our manufacturing team. You will remove sharp edges, improve surface finish, and prepare parts for the next stage of production in a fast-paced environment.

Using tumblers, dryers, and finishing equipment, you will record production data, maintain organized materials, and ensure parts meet quality standards while taking pride in craftsmanship and accuracy.

Qualifications

  • 6–12 months of relevant manufacturing or production experience preferred.
  • Basic math skills for weights, counts, and production tracking.
  • Basic understanding of measuring tools such as calipers or micrometers.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Operate tumblers and dryers to deburr, finish, and dry parts according to specifications.
  • Load and unload parts while adjusting machine settings to achieve consistent results.
  • Inspect parts before and after processing to verify quality standards are met.
  • Move parts through the finishing process and prepare them for the next operation.
  • Utilize computer systems to record production, manage inventory, and track job activity.
  • Maintain organization of bins, boxes, and materials for each job.

Overview

Clow is looking for a Deburring Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you'll play an important part in producing high-quality metal components by removing sharp edges, improving surface finish, and preparing parts for the next stage of production.

Using tumblers, dryers, and finishing equipment, you'll help ensure every part meets customer expectations while maintaining accurate production records and keeping materials organized. Shifts
  • Shift 16: 3:00pm - 1:00am, Monday - Friday (+$1.25/hour shift differential)
Starting rate of pay
  • $19.80 per hour base rate. Candidates with relevant experience may be eligible for base pay up to $20.80 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
  • Operate tumblers and dryers to deburr, finish, and dry parts according to specifications
  • Load and unload parts while adjusting machine settings to achieve consistent results

Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand and move throughout the shift in a production environment
  • Frequent handling of parts, bins, and materials
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed
  • Repetitive motion involving loading, unloading, and inspecting parts
  • Required PPE: eye protection, hearing protection, MET guard safety shoes
