Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East in Rosemead, CA is seeking a Deburring Operator to help ensure finished parts meet drawings, specifications, quality, and delivery requirements. You will identify parts and requirements, blend mismatches, and deburr/finish materials using hand and power tools, while reading drawings and following routers.

A high school diploma or GED and ITAR eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Ability to read drawings and follow routers.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and handheld measuring tools.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and take direction from leads and supervisors.
• Must be legally eligible to work for an ITAR-restricted employer.

Responsibilities

• Identify parts and requirements from manufacturing orders.
• Deburr and finish materials per drawings and specifications using hand and power tools.
• Deliver completed materials to designated work areas.
• Accurately complete detailed work orders and routers.
• Work closely with the Machine Shop and Scheduler to support on-time delivery.
• Follow AS9100 QMS requirements and support continuous improvement.

Job Duties

• Identify parts and requirements based on manufacturing orders.
• Blend mismatches and break edges according to drawings and specifications.
• Use hand and power tools to deburr and finish materials.
• Deliver completed materials to designated work areas.
• Accurately complete detailed work orders and routers.
• Work closely with the Machine Shop and Machine Shop Scheduler to support on-time delivery.
• Follow **AS9100 Quality Management System (QMS)** requirements and support continuous improvement.
