Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years deburring experience or demonstrated ability.
• Ability to use calipers and manual inspection tools.
• Familiarity with tool holders, cutting tools, fixtures, and accessories.
• Experience using hoists, hand trucks, conveyors, and lifts.
• Ability to read travelers, specifications, and work orders.
• ERP systems familiarity, including Epicor 10.
• Strong problem solving, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Strong English communication; Spanish a plus.
• Flexibility and attention to detail in changing manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, hands-on deburring experience, and the ability to follow manufacturing instructions while maintaining quality and safety standards.
