The role is direct hire, full‑time with a Monday–Friday schedule and a base pay of $20.00–$22.00 per hour, plus benefits and overtime opportunities. Candidates should bring 2+ years of deburring experience and the ability to read blueprints and GD&T.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade or vocational certificate in precision machining desired.
• 2+ years of experience deburring, polishing, surface finishing, grinding, masking, and polishing precision metal parts in accordance with quality standards.
• Able to read and interpret engineering blueprints, and GD&T.
• Experience using manual, electric hand tools, deburring equipment, and precision measurement tools.
• Must come from precision machining or manufacturing industries, preferably aerospace, defense, and medical industries.
• Must be able to commute daily.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision deburring operations on machined components including filing, edge breaking, blending, surface finishing, sanding, deburring, cleaning, grinding, masking and polishing parts in accordance with quality standards.
• Remove burrs, sharp edges, and surface imperfections using various hand tools and equipment.
• Inspect parts for compliance with customer specifications.
• Use precision measuring instruments to verify part quality.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, GD&T, and work instructions.
• Documentation in ERP/MRP software system.
• Identify common part defects; and complete standard work independently while escalating complex issues.
