Responsibilities

• Performs daily deburring activities using a variety of hand tools and machinery. Regularly uses a microscope to view, inspect and deburr parts.
• Performs transactions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as necessary.
• Regularly uses microscope and other high end measuring equipment to view and inspect parts
• Verifies conformance of finished work to ensure compliance to tolerance and company specifications.
• On occasion, performs other ancillary activities such as rework or repair of machined parts
• May be required to load and operate Tumbling machine or other simple equipment
• Periodically assists supervisor in evaluation and selection of new equipment.
• Performs other related duties as directed.

Primary Objective

The Deburr Technician II will work from drawings and/or written instructions and tool sheets to properly deburr parts.

Major Areas of Accountability

• Performs daily deburring activities using a variety of hand tools and machinery. Regularly uses a microscope to view, inspect and deburr parts.
• Performs transactions in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems as necessary.
• Regularly uses microscope and other high end measuring equipment to view and inspect parts
