Job summary

Beyond Finance is seeking a Retention Specialist to educate clients about the debt relief program, deescalate concerns, and guide them toward debt-free options. You will use a CRM to track progress and maintain records, ensuring a high level of customer care during inbound communications.

Ideal candidates have experience in retention, sales, or collections, and can handle high call volumes with empathy. A strong emphasis on meeting retention targets and delivering excellent service is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retention, Sales, or Collections.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes.
• Resilient and able to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong negotiation and de-escalation skills.
• Tech-savvy with a CRM.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients about the Beyond Finance financial hardship debt program, ensuring understanding of benefits and options.
• Empathize and deescalate upset clients, addressing concerns and reducing stress.
• Navigate CRM to access and document client information, status, and progress.
