We offer a no-billable-hours environment with a salary plus commission, supportive training for attorneys new to collections or debt recovery litigation, and autonomy to manage your caseload with backing from a skilled support staff. This role requires an active Texas law license and strong litigation skills.

What You’ll Do

• Negotiate and resolve pending litigation.
• Prepare, review, and file pleadings, discovery, and motions.
• Attend hearings and trials within Dallas and surrounding counties. (mileage and travel expenses reimbursed).
• Collaborate with staff and opposing counsel to achieve fair, efficient case resolutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and case management skills.
• Familiarity with courtroom and civil procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
• Collection or litigation experience preferred — industry training provided for the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active law license in the State of Texas.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and client service.
