What We’re Looking For

• Working knowledge of Virginia Civil Procedure.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort using technology.

• Collection or litigation experience preferred — industry training provided for the right candidate.

Minimum Qualifications

• Active law license in the State of Virginia.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze cases and negotiate effective settlements.
