Aufgaben

• Reviews information in automated collection systems and determines appropriate action to recover.
• Determines reason for non-payment and establishes equitable repayment arrangements.
• Counsels debtors to enable repayment of NFCU debt.
• Negotiates repayment with debtors and co-makers.
• Corresponds with debtors using system-generated letters.
• Follows up on broken payment promises to ensure commitments.
• Locates assets of debtors who refuse to repay NFCU.
• Maintains records of actions and updates in automated systems.
• Resolves credit bureau disputes and assigns accounts to agencies as needed.
• Reviews payments to ensure proper crediting of receipts.
• Assists internal branches to balance collections systems with ledgers.
