A premier global law firm in Chicago is seeking a Mid-Level Debt Finance Associate (4–7 years) to join its finance practice. You will work on complex syndicated, leveraged, and acquisition financings, advising sponsors, lenders, and borrowers.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission and good standing with a U.S. state bar (or ability to obtain admission in the applicable jurisdiction).
• 4–7 years of experience in debt finance, leveraged finance, or related banking transactions.
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating: Credit agreements; Commitment papers; Financing documentation for leveraged and syndicated transactions
• Excellent analytical, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
