Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Corporate/Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney for our leading law firm in Cincinnati. The ideal candidate holds a JD, is admitted in OH, and has 1–3 years of finance or transactional experience. This role requires onsite work in Cincinnati at least 3 days per week.

We offer a base salary up to $160k, 401k, comprehensive medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and a hybrid work arrangement with 1–2 days remote.

As a M&A Lawyer / Debt Finance Associate on our team, we are looking for:

• Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Admission to OH state bar
• One to three years of experience in finance, corporate, or another related transactional practice preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in Cincinnati at least 3 days per week
