This role is ideal for an attorney with experience advising public and private companies, private equity firms, investors, and other sophisticated business clients on a wide range of transactional matters. The successful candidate will work on complex mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions, corporate governance matters, and general corporate counseling while collaborating closely with senior attorneys and clients.
