Job summary

Tyson Foods in Pine Bluff, AR, is hiring for a cross-training role in the Debone Department. The position trains you to perform all aspects of the debone cone line, including Class 7 and Class 4 positions.

Pay starts at $16.90 per hour with a $2.00 shift differential. Schedule is Monday through Friday, with potential Saturday work, and requires standing 8–10 hours daily while wearing PPE.

Qualifications

• Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules.
• Must be able to handle and properly use knives in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions.
• Must be willing to work in damp, cold, or hot environments, and reach above shoulder level.
• Must be able to perform the duties of the position.
• Be willing to stand 8-10 hours a day.
• Must wear PPE, ear protection, hair net and beard guard.
• Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from the work areas when needed.
