Job summary

StartupNWA is seeking a Debone line production worker to support multi-position tasks on the production floor. The role involves rotating through duties such as deboning, cutting, skin removal, loading, and tray packing, with emphasis on teamwork and adherence to safety and LEAN practices.

This full-time position requires standing for long hours in a cold environment, wearing PPE, and collaborating with the team to meet production objectives and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in poultry or food processing preferred.
• Ability to rotate through production line positions.
• Commitment to lean principles and team-based improvements.

Responsibilities

• Perform Debone line tasks including cutting breasts, wings, skin, using a saw, loading product, tray packing and related Debone duties.
• Rotate positions to cover all Debone duties as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and support development, communication and implementation of team concepts and policies.
• Adhere to Simmons operating systems principles and maintain familiarity with quality, safety and LEAN policies.
