Job summary

Simmons Foods in Gentry, AR is seeking a Debone line worker on a rotation basis. You will perform multiple tasks on the Debone line, including cutting breasts, wings, skin pulling, sawing, loading product, and tray packing.

As a Team member, you will participate in ongoing development and communication of team concepts, programs and policies; coordinate work to ensure best practices with all team members and report concerns to team leaders.

Qualifications

• Industry Experience: poultry or food processing preferred.
• Veteran experience welcomed and valued.

Responsibilities

• Performs all positions on the Debone line.
• Rotates positions to include cutting breasts, wings, skin pulling, saw usage, loading, and tray packing.
• Participates in team development, communication, and implementation of team concepts and policies.
• Follows Simmons’ operating systems principles and objectives including LEAN, quality, and safety policies.
• May participate in additional duties to support business objectives.
