Qualifications

• Must understand the importance of getting meat off the saddle.
• Knowledge of GMP and SSOP.

Responsibilities

• Clean bones so that maximum yield is obtained.
• Must be able to keep up with the line speed, which is approximately 12 bmp.
• Follow all safety guidelines, which include wearing cut gloves and sleeves.
• Knowledge of department start, break, and end times.
• Maintain an absentee rate of 5% or less.
• Job may require performing other jobs or duties as the needs arise. Follow line leader instructions.
