Job summary

Simmons Foods, Inc. is seeking hourly Debone production workers in the Missouri/OK area for rotation across the Debone line. You will cut breasts and wings, pull skin, operate a saw, load products and tray pack as needed while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include rotating through positions, participating in team meetings, and supporting continuous improvement programs. PPE and cold-environment work are required as part of daily duties.

• Performs all positions on the Debone line, rotating as needed between cutting breasts, wings, skin removal, sawing, loading product, tray packing and related tasks.
• Participates in the team, supporting continuous improvement, and aligns with team concepts, programs and policies.
