Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, operational analytics, or related work.
• Advanced skill using business intelligence applications and/or cloud services, and CRM exposure.
• Advanced skill applying statistical methods, forecasting, scenario modeling, and cost-benefit analysis to business problems.
• Advanced skill in complex data manipulation, integration, cleaning, and validation across multiple tables and data sources.
• Skill using analytical tools and programming or query languages such as Python, R, and/or SQL.
• Advanced problem-solving and research skills, including the ability to structure ambiguous questions, test assumptions, and synthesize varied information.
• Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analysis to nontechnical and senior audiences.
• Skill developing and delivering executive-ready presentations that balance data visualization, design, business context, and concise storytelling.
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to work effectively with operational leaders, subject matter experts, and cross-functional partners.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and shift effectively between recurring reporting, deep analysis, ad hoc problem-solving, and project work.

Responsibilities

• Collect, integrate, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources to evaluate performance.
• Identify trends, drivers, and root causes; translate analysis into actionable insight.
• Develop and manage dashboards and BI solutions for leadership decision-making.
• Build forecasts, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario models to evaluate costs, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with leaders to frame questions, define analytical approaches, and determine information needs.
• Translate analysis into executive-ready presentations and concise recommendations.
• Present findings to stakeholders and respond to questions with sound judgment.
• Produce performance reporting highlighting KPIs, opportunities, and risks affecting operations.
• Provide rapid analytical support for ad hoc needs while balancing recurring work.
• Research trends to strengthen analysis and inform decisions.
• Create specifications for reports, analyses, and BI products.
