• Assist during practice and attend competition or tournament events.
• Provide individual and group instruction to prepare for tournament competition.
• Submit a final report at the end of each year to the building principal stating basic objectives, evaluation of the total program during the past year, and recommendations for future years.

The Debate Assistant Coach is responsible for assisting the Debate Coach with monitoring Speech and Debate team student progress and performance at speech and debate competitions, ensuring students adhere to judging and competition standards, and instructing students in writing, public speaking, and literacy skills.

This is a supplemental contract position and pay will be in accordance with the North Allegheny Federation of Teachers Collective Bargaining Agreement.
