Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine and unrestricted license.
• AOA or ABMS board certification in career at some time.
• 5+ years in academic leadership roles with budget authority.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, coordinate, and evaluate all academic activities to ensure mission and accreditation compliance.
• Lead self-study processes and required accreditation reports.
• Foster interdisciplinary education and collaborations across university colleges.
• Recruit and retain high-quality faculty and manage departmental budgets and finances.
• Oversee admissions, clinical rotations, and postgraduate residency development.
