- 9+ years of supervisory experience.
- Experience leading curriculum governance and accreditation processes.
- Record of educational innovation and outcomes improvement.
Responsibilities
- Provide executive academic leadership for pre-clerkship curriculum design and evaluation.
- Lead curricular planning, revision, and integration across four-year DO program.
- Collaborate with college governance and accreditation bodies.
- Oversee assessment strategies and learner performance.
- Foster faculty development and cross-campus collaboration.
