Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences (PNWU) seeks a Dean of the College of Osteopathic Medicine (COM) with visionary leadership to guide strategic planning, academic program development, and community partnerships. The Dean will oversee 40 COM faculty and 140 annual medical student intake, reporting to the VP for Academic Affairs.

The ideal candidate has a DO degree, a medical license, ABMS/AOA board certification, and extensive senior academic leadership experience, including budget

Formación

• Proven ability to lead a college of osteopathic medicine and align academic programs with institutional strategy.
• Experience managing budgets and guiding resource allocation in higher education.
• Strong record of academic leadership and collaboration across multiple health sciences programs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide strategic vision and administrative leadership for the College.
• Advise on academic policies and cross-college collaboration.
• Oversee program development, faculty and staff performance, and allocation of resources.
• Represent the COM in university governance and external partnerships.
