Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education Leadership preferred.
• Possession of valid teaching certification required.
• Professional Certification in Educational Leadership for applicable state preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of successful teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and enhances elective courses, afterschool college preparation programs and workshops.
• Oversees safety and well-being of students and staff.
• Assists principal in policy implementation and school oversight.
• Observes and evaluates instruction, provides coaching on classroom management.
• Analyzes data from assessments to set school goals.
• Supervises substitute teachers and coordinates teacher schedules.
