Glenbard North High School in Carol Stream, IL, seeks a 10-month Administrator for the 2026-2027 school year. The role reports to the Assistant Principal for Student Services and focuses on leading with integrity, strengthening school-wide systems, and supporting all students’ success.

The ideal candidate holds Illinois PEL with General Administration/Principal endorsement and has prior teaching and administration experience.

Qualificações

• Current Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with an endorsement as General Administration, and/or Principal.
• Prior teaching and administrator experience.
• Dynamic leadership qualities that build positive relationships with both students and staff.
• Good communications skills (verbal and written).
• ISBE Teacher Evaluator Training and Modules completed (preferred).
• Knowledge and practices related to supporting all students' ability to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the development of the Student Handbook and improve discipline/attendance protocols.
• Lead systems to ensure a safe, orderly environment and pursue district improvement targets.
• Evaluate licensed staff and supervise para-professionals.
