Minimum of three years of successful teaching experience.

Responsibilities

Assist the principal in providing educational leadership and coordinating policies and procedures.
Supervise teachers, counselors, and staff as designated by the principal.
Schedule and attend conferences with parents regarding behavioral problems.
Work with the Supervisor of Child Welfare and Attendance on behavioral and attendance issues.
Refer students to Guidance Department when appropriate.
Maintain complete and fully documented records of students referred to the dean of student services.
Confer with teachers on disciplinary procedures and student supervision.
Function in the role of principal in the absence of the principal and assistant principal.
Perform all other duties assigned by the Principal.
