Job summary

Qualifications

• TN teaching or admin licensure required with 4+ years classroom experience.
• Experience in school leadership, charter schools, or urban settings preferred.
• Strong knowledge of TN standards, Common Core and ACT readiness.

Responsibilities

• Reflect weekly on culture data to guide staff development.
• Coach teachers toward proficiency and plan culture PD.
• Implement Tier 2/3 supports with counselors and families.
• Oversee onboarding for families and plan engagement events.
