The role requires an Indiana RN license, a Master’s in nursing, and substantial nursing education/administration experience, with a doctorate preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in nursing education and administration is required.
• Current Indiana Registered Nurse license is required.
• Master’s degree in nursing or higher is required; doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic and administrative leadership for the School of Nursing.
• Plan, budget, schedule, staff, and ensure instructional quality and student success.
• Promote linkages with healthcare sector partners and workforce needs.
• Represent the School and College to external stakeholders and partners.
• Ensure compliance with policies, accreditation standards, and FERPA.
