Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years teaching experience required, preferably in a culturally diverse high school.
• Masters degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
• School Administrator License preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Implement student discipline systems and support teacher autonomy.
• Investigate student conduct concerns per policies.
• Coordinate with leadership to manage daily student activities.
• Lead Tier 1 and Tier 2 disciplinary meetings.
• Provide staff training on behavioral interventions.
