Job summary

BridgePrep Broward campus seeks a Dean of Instruction / Academic Coach to partner with the Principal in elevating classroom quality. You will run weekly coaching cycles, model instruction, and lead data-driven planning to improve student outcomes.

Responsibilities include data meetings, curriculum execution, PD design, and leader collaboration to foster an inspiring, high-accountability culture with an 85%+ teacher retention goal.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of K–12 classroom teaching with strong student growth results.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree strongly preferred.
• Deep knowledge of Florida standards and data-driven instructional strategies.
• Active Florida Level 2 background clearance or ability to clear prior to start.
• References: 3 professional references including a direct supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Lead weekly coaching cycles, classroom walkthroughs, co-teaching, and live modeling to elevate instruction.
• Facilitate data meetings, analyze mastery, and plan targeted re-teach aligned with standards.
• Ensure faithful curriculum execution and pacing across grade levels.
• Design and deliver PD workshops addressing real-time trends.
• Collaborate with campus leaders to sustain high accountability and 85%+ teacher retention.
