Qualifications

• Earned doctorate from an accredited institution required.
• Significant experience in academic administration in higher education.
• Strong knowledge of accreditation expectations and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Provide strategic leadership for academic affairs and faculty development.
• Oversee curriculum design, review, and implementation across programs.
• Coordinate assessment of program learning outcomes and use of evidence.
• Lead faculty recruitment, evaluation, workload, promotion, and related policies.
• Collaborate with governance bodies to support inclusive decision-making.
• Ensure accreditation readiness and regulatory reporting compliance.
