NC State University is seeking a Dean for the College of Engineering to provide strategic leadership for nine departments, research centers and programs, while advancing excellence in education, research and engagement.

The dean will work with university leadership and external partners to grow the college's impact, secure funding, and ensure student success, faculty development and institutional advancement.

• Minimum Education and Experience outlined: advanced degree with years of leadership experience; or relevant undergraduate degree with extensive leadership experience.
• Experience leading large, complex academic and research organizations.
• Proven ability to secure external funding and build partnerships.
