Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Ten years of progressive experience in higher education or a related environment.
• Experience in curriculum development, accreditation, program review and outcomes assessment.
• Experience supervising faculty and staff to meet institutional goals.
• Knowledge of student outcomes assessment and instructional effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic leadership for Computer Science and IT programs and develops a compelling vision and plan.
• Oversees budget, resources, accreditation, and program reviews to ensure quality and compliance.
• Leads recruitment, faculty development, and partnerships with industry, K‑12 and higher education.
• Represents the college in professional activities and collaborates across campuses.
