• Support the development of interdisciplinary academic areas.
• Lead strategic enrollment growth, faculty hiring, and program development.
• Provide leadership in faculty and staff affairs.
• Promote excellence in teaching, scholarship, service, and student success.
• Oversee academic operations, including curriculum quality and student progression.
