The Dean leads curriculum, accreditation, and program administration, overseeing staffing, budgeting, and external partnerships to support student success. The ideal candidate will hold a Master’s Degree, have extensive leadership experience in workforce development

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution in a related discipline.
• Four years of formal training, internship, or leadership experience reasonably related to the assignment.
• Or any combination of education and experience which would provide the required equivalent qualifications of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in curriculum, instructional programs, and student support services.
• Manages class scheduling, faculty assignments, and instructional resources to meet enrollment and program goals.
• Oversees procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation for the division; ensures compliance and reporting.
• Leads tenure review processes and adjunct faculty evaluation; develops professional development opportunities.
• Collaborates with district and college leadership to advance equity, inclusion, and student achievement.
