Job summary

DealerFLEX in West Chester, PA seeks a Service-driven Dealership Valet Manager to oversee operations on the dealership's service drive and valet teams. You will lead, train, and supervise staff, enforce SOPs and safety, manage payroll and scheduling, and build strong relationships with dealership management to ensure a premium guest experience.

The role requires leadership, clear communication, problem‑solving, attention to detail, and a valid driver's license with a clean record.

What You’ll Do:

What We’re Looking For:

• Leadership experience – previous supervisory experience, preferably in the automotive industry
• Strong communication skills – ability to clearly relay information to employees and clients
