DealerFLEX is seeking a Dealership Valet Manager in Ardmore, PA to lead the valet operations of a high-end dealership. You will oversee the service drive team, ensuring top-notch customer service and smooth daily operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and staff development in a fast-paced automotive setting, with a Monday–Friday schedule and opportunities for growth within the rapidly expanding company.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and staff.
• Strong problem-solving ability in fast-paced settings.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage schedules and operations.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 4 years driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service Drive Team – recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations.
