Job summary

DealerFLEX is seeking a motivated Dealership Valet Manager to oversee valet operations at a high-end dealership in Devon, PA. This leadership role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, driving staff performance, and contributing to rapid company growth.

You will lead the Service Drive Team, ensure service excellence, and manage safety, scheduling, and payroll while building strong relationships with dealership leadership.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in valet, automotive, or hospitality management.
• Excellent communication with employees and clients.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced setting.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with scheduling/operations management.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and at least 4 years of driving experience with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Service Drive Team – recruit, train, and oversee daily valet operations.
• Ensure efficiency and service excellence by maintaining high standards across the role.
• Monitor safety and compliance with safety reviews and policy enforcement.
• Strengthen client relationships as the primary contact for dealership leadership.
• Oversee payroll and scheduling, including time tracking and budget allocation.
• Develop future leaders by mentoring staff and identifying growth opportunities.

Your Role & Responsibilities:
