Job summary

DealerFLEX is hiring a Dealership Valet Associate to provide premium valet and guest services at luxury automotive dealerships in West Chester, PA. This role requires standing and moving for extended periods, with a background check and clean driving record.

You will greet guests, park vehicles, assist with directions, and share local dealership information in a fast-paced outdoor environment. Weekly pay is offered with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Reliable & responsible with a professional appearance.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years.
• Clean driving record with no recent violations.
• Able to operate both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred).
• Comfortable working outdoors and standing for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Safely move, park, and retrieve vehicles following procedures.

What We’re Looking For:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record – No recent moving violations
• Ability to Drive Automatic & Manual Vehicles – Preferred, but not required.

What You’ll Do:

Working Conditions:

• Ability to stand, walk, and run for prolonged periods.
