CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Office Manager for a dealership in the Vestavia Hills area.

The ideal candidate will have several years of dealership accounts payable experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage accounts payable and accounts receivable while maintaining orderly documentation for time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory changes. Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable/receivable to ensure timely processing and accuracy
• Oversee posting documents, time records, vehicle deals, commissions, and inventory changes
• Analyze office operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Coordinate with dealers and staff to ensure smooth financial workflows
• Maintain organized records and ensure compliance with company policies
