CarGuys Inc. is seeking an Automotive Office Manager to oversee dealership accounting operations, AP/AR, and office procedures. You will manage documents, vehicle deals, time records, and inventory changes with precision.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, plus experience with CPD systems and accounting software. This on-site position offers growth within the automotive group.

Qualifications

• Has several years of dealership accounts payable experience.
• Strong ability to analyze and organize office operations and procedures.
• Controls posted documents including time records, vehicle deals and commissions along with additions and changes to inventory.
• Highly skilled in accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Must be organized and able to communicate effectively with both co-workers and customers.
