Job summary

Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a Dealership Sales Consultant at Dewey Auto Outlet in Des Moines, IA. You will lead customers through the entire sales process, including vehicle selection, demonstrations, financing, and paperwork, while building lasting relationships and delivering high-quality service.

You will present vehicles, educate customers on benefits, use CRM to track interactions, and participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and company programs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, car sales, or retail sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.; valid in-state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, financing, and paperwork.
• Deliver professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations for new and used cars.
• Use CRM tools to track customer interactions and follow up to maintain satisfaction.
• Explain Ken Garff benefits and dealership programs to customers.
• Participate in ongoing training to learn about new products and features.
