Job summary

Mills Automotive Group in Charlotte, NC seeks a Full-Time Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage routine accounting tasks, post invoices in CDK, issue checks, and maintain accurate ledgers.

The ideal candidate has prior automotive dealership accounting experience, strong computer skills, and excellent customer service. We offer health, dental, 401(k), and PTO after probation.

Responsibilities

• Post invoices into CDK.
• Issue checks.
• Prepare statements and mail out.
• Do daily deposits from sales, parts and service.
• Receipt in checks and ensure they are posted to the right accounts and invoices.
• Perform basic and routine accounting functions.
• Maintain assigned accounting schedules and reconcile assigned general ledger accounts.
• Handle miscellaneous clerical tasks as assigned.

Must have basic accounting skills and knowledge of routine accounting functions and previous dealership experience required. Good computer skills and a working knowledge of CDK a plus.
