Job summary

Drivo LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support the dealership accounting team. You will post AR transactions in CDK, apply customer and third-party payments, and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy. Collaborate with Sales, Service, Parts, Finance, and management to resolve balances promptly.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and hands-on CDK experience. Salary is hourly with benefits and performance bonuses, located in East Windsor Township, NJ.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CDK experience required; navigate dealership accounting within CDK.
• Strong knowledge of AR, payment application, reconciliation, GL basics.

Responsibilities

• Post and maintain AR transactions in CDK.
• Apply payments to accounts and repair orders.
• Monitor AR aging and follow up on past-due balances.
• Reconcile AR accounts and research discrepancies.
• Prepare AR aging reports and close documentation.
