Job summary

Camping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team in Oklahoma City. You will review deal paperwork for accuracy, verify data between documents and systems, and act as a liaison between dealership staff and the accounting hub to ensure payroll and timekeeping information is current before processing.

You may handle daily mail and invoices with GM approval before forwarding for processing.

Qualifications

• Must be diligent, organized and extremely detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficient in MS Office with Excel, 10-key, and typing accuracy.
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review deal paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy before sending to Accounting hub for processing.
• Verify key data between deal paperwork and system.
• Communicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Sort Daily Mail.
• Obtain General Manager approval on invoices before processing.
