Job summary

Camping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. The Accounting Clerk will help support the dealership with various accounting related tasks, including reviewing paperwork for accuracy and ensuring data is correctly entered in the systems.

You will liaise with dealership staff and the Accounting hub, handle daily mail, and assist with payroll data verification and deposits. This role emphasizes attention to detail and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Candidate must be diligent, organized and detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills and able to work as part of a team.
• Intermediate MS Office skills including Excel; 10-key typing.

Responsibilities

• Review deal paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy before sending to Accounting hub.
• Verify key data between deal paperwork and system.
• Communicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Sort daily mail and obtain General Manager approval on invoices prior to processing.
• Act as liaison between dealership and Accounting hub to ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Scan daily check deposits and assist with bank deposits as needed.
• Ensure payment information is accurately recorded by department personnel.
