Camping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. The role focuses on reviewing deal paperwork, reconciling data, and coordinating with the Accounting hub to ensure payroll and invoicing accuracy.

Applicants should be detail oriented, able to work in a team, and proficient with MS Office and Excel. The position offers full-time status with competitive benefits and on-site duties in Akron, Ohio.

Qualifications

• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong communication and teamwork
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; accurate 10-key typing
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize tasks
• Experience with auto dealership accounting systems preferred but not required
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• May lift up to 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs with assistance

Responsibilities

• Review deal paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy before processing
• Verify data between paperwork and system
• Communicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies
• Sort Daily Mail and manage cash deposits when needed
• Obtain GM approval on invoices before sending to Accounting hub
• Act as liaison between dealership and Accounting hub for payroll data accuracy
• Scan daily checks and occasionally visit the bank with deposits
• Ensure payment information is accurately recorded by personnel
