Job summary

Camping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. You will review deal paperwork for accuracy, verify data, and communicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies.

The role involves sorting mail, obtaining manager approval on invoices, and ensuring payroll data accuracy with the accounting hub. The position requires attention to detail, solid MS Office skills (Excel and 10-key typing) and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diligent, organized and highly detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Proficient with MS Office; Excel and 10-key typing.
• Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with auto dealership accounting systems is helpful but not required.
• Able to lift up to 25–50 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Review deal paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy before Accounting hub processing.
• Verify key data between deal paperwork and system.
• Communicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies.
• Sort Daily Mail.
• Obtain General Manager approval on invoices before sending to Accounting hub for processing.
• Liaise between dealership and Accounting hub to ensure payroll data accuracy.
• Scan daily check deposits; occasional trips to bank with cash deposits.
• Ensure all payment information is recorded by department staff.
