Motorcycles of Charlotte is hiring an Accounting Associate to manage a broad range of accounting responsibilities in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will perform reconciliations, oversee cash, handle accounts payable, process payroll timecards, assist with inventory counts, and support SOX documentation, collaborating with the Controller to maintain accuracy and compliance.

Qualificações

• Minimum two years of dealership accounting experience (MSO processing, titling, warranty registration)
• Experience with CDK systems preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles (college coursework preferred)
• Quick learner, adaptable to new technology and systems
• Must be available to work Tuesday through Saturday.

Responsabilidades

• Perform multiple account reconciliations

• Post and process accounts payable transactions
• Run and review timecards for payroll processing
• Assist with physical inventory counts and inventory reconciliation
